Chinelly Real Estate was founded in 1970 by John C. Chinelly, Sr., and has enjoyed 40 years of personalized service in South Florida. John Sr. retired in 1981, and spent his "Golden Years" serving the Lord as a Deacon at St. Maximilian Church in Pembroke Pines. He went home to be with our Lord in March 2004.
John C. Chinelly, Jr. led the Chinelly organization during their growth years from 1973 to the early 1980´s. John Jr. now serves as an associate pastor at Calvary Chapel in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Richard M. Chinelly assisted as an owner, office manager and district sales manager and is currently retired from the real estate business.
Celeste Chinelly-Fisher is working full time in her own catering business, and the "Christain Chef" at a local church cafe & restaurant.

Our President, Jim Chinelly Sr., began his real estate career as a teenager in high school and after having his minority removed through the Broward County Circuit Court System he became the youngest real estate salesman (then the youngest real estate broker) in the State of Florida.
Jim Sr. is a Certified Residential Broker (CRB), and is currently serving as IMMEDIATE PAST PRESIDENT of the South Broward Board of REALTORS. Jim Sr is also 2011 DIRECTOR of the Florida Association of REALTORS, where he has served for over 27 years He was Past Director of the Christian Chamber of Commerce and was selected by his peers as REALTOR of the Year. He also served as President/Owner of Chinelly School of Real Estate, Chinelly Insurance Co, and Chinelly Mortgage Company
Jim Sr. married his high school sweetheart, Pamela Joy in 1972 and they have four children and SIX grandchildren. Jim and Pam enjoy traveling, time with their family and attend Calvary Chapel in Plantation, where they love to serve and assist where ever possible.
Their oldest daughter, Jodi is married to Andy Nowak, and they have 4 children. She is a stay at home Mom, and home schools their three daughters, (Julianne; Kylie Faith; and Alyssa Joy) while caring for their son "A.J.".
Their daughter Tammy, graduated Suma-Cum-Laude from Barry University. She is married to Rick Negron (and a they are proud parents of Selah Marie, and Suzannah). Tammy is a "former" teacher at Calvary Christian Academy and has beeen on several Mission trips. Her husband Rick graduated from Calvary Chapel Bible Institute, and is currently a teacher at Calvary Christian Academy in Fort Lauderdale.
Their son, Jim Jr.,("Jimmy") also began his real estate career as a teenager and has the honor of beginning South Florida´s first 3rd generation real estate family. Jimmy is single, also employed at Nova Southeastern University, and shares his families passion for honoring and serving the Lord.
Their youngest daughter, Traci Lea, currently assists the company with technological and marketing strategies. Traci is an honor student at a local South Florida College and is persuing her dream to become a teacher. She married Ricky Kelch in December, 2010.
