Had minority removed through Broward County Circuit Court as a teenager and became the youngest Real Estate Salesman (then the youngest Real Estate Broker) in the state of Florida (at that time the minimum age was 21). Awarded Chinelly Real Estate first "ROOKIE of the YEAR"; Manager Chinelly Real Estates Rental Division; in 1987 wrote two real estate classes and received approval from the Florida Real Estate Commission to instruct Real Estate Principals & Practices and Real Estate Law; President of Chinelly School of Real Estate; Organized (as President), family investment company "JC Enterprises Of Miramar Inc."; Wrote a complete training course for Chinelly Associates;  Managed 5 different Chinelly office locations during the late 1970´s and early 1980´s;  Real Estate Manager of the Year in 1977; Involved with statewide revitalization of the Florida Real Estate Educators Association; Created Real Estate Company Policy Manual in 1979 and held seminar in Nassau, Bahamas for Chinelly Management team and Corporate Attorneys; Served as  Administrative Vice President of Chinelly Real Estate overseeing processing, bookkeeping and advertising departments; Purchased Consolidated Title Co. in 1980 and assumed the title of President, then hired full time attorney-partner; Became President of Chinelly Real Estate Inc. in July of 1982; currently serve as President/Owner.  Our office is located on University Drive in Davie;  We have over 200 agents; The Chinelly Sales Organization has sold over 42,500 properties in South Florida since 1970;
